The Executive Suite Vodickova 62 is part of Vodickova Apart-Hotel, an elegant 19 century building with an excellent location in the historical centre of Prague, within 5 minutes walk to the Old Town Square.
At the Apart - Hotel Vodickova building we offer 10 apartments, each with its own special layout, high quality decorations and equipment. The Vodickova building has convenient hotel services such as reception open 24 hours and laundry service.
Vodickova Apartment 62 is an elegant 2 rooms apartment of 60 sq.m. which offer a comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. The flat is located on the sixth floor, and our building has a lift. The Executive Suite has good quality IKEA decorations, beautiful parquet floors and high speed internet, which can prove very useful both for business trips and holidays.
The apartment features a very spacious living room with kitchen of 35 sq.m., which includes a sitting area with sofa and TV with SAT channels and CD radio. The sleeping arrangements consist in a double and a single bed in the bedroom, and in the living room a double bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom is renovated and has a bath tub. The kitchen is new and completely equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board and all necessary dishes to prepare a delicious meal. The apartment also has a safe to store valuables.
Vodickova is a large street that intersects Wenceslas Square; the location is very central in Prague 1, at only 300 m. from the Old Town Square and in the very heart of nightlife and shopping.
For larger groups, Vodickova Apartment 62 can be rented together with the 2 rooms apartment Vodickova Apartment 63 or with the Vodickova Apartment 68 which are in the same building, on the same floor.
New Town, which is adjacent to Old Town on the eastern bank of the Vltava, flourished in the 18 th century as an industrial and commercial center. The heart of the New Town is without doubt Wenceslass Square (or Vaclavske Namesti), knows both as a center of commerce and nightlife. Wenceslas Square is actually a boulevard, not a square. The prices include towels, linen, cleaning of the apartments at the beginning of your stay, hot water and heating, VAT and all taxes. There are no hidden extras.
Pets: This apartment is pet friendly. Small pets are allowed free of charge, however damages to the apartment will be charged if any.
Parking: Private parking available, at 450CZK a day (approx. 17 euros).
Discounts: children up to 12 years old free of charge all year including holiday, according to availability.
Payment: 20% required at the time of booking. 80% balance payment on arrival, in cash (euros or CZK) or by credit card.
Minimum stay: For Holiday Season the minimum stay requirement is 6 nights.
Weekends in high season: minimum 3 nights stay.

Payment:
The payment of your accommodation can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK) or by credit card. The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in CZK depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.
For payments by credit card on arrival there is an extra charge of 3% for handling the process.
Payment on arrival can be done at the office on Vodickova 38.
If you have reserved with us transfer from the airport to the apartment, the rate for the transfer is paid directly to the driver, in euros or CZK. The driver will take you to our office for check in and then to your apartment.
There is a key deposit requested, refundable at the end of your stay, of 50 euros.
In case there are more than 6 persons staying in one apartment, we require credit card guarantee for potential damages. Thank you.
Check in and check out times:
The standard check-in time is at 14:00 - if we have guests leaving the apartment the same day you arrive, we need some time to get the apartment ready for you after they check out. However you can come directly to the apartment and leave your luggage with us until you can check in the apartment.
If the apartment will be free the night before your arrival, you could check in as soon as you arrive in Prague, at no extra charge.
The standard check-out time is at 11:00. This is to have time to prepare the apartment for the next guest arriving on the same day. However you can leave your luggage with us until you need to leave for the airport.
If we do not have guests arriving on the morning of your departure, you could remain in the apartment longer. The charge for this service is 50% of one night cost.
We can only confirm early check in or late check out one or two days before.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m., otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
