One of the most central locations, in the Old Town, by the Old Town Square.
On U Obecniho Dvora street we offer 5 new apartments which became available at the end of 2007. The apartments are fully equipped and offer a good standard of accommodation for couples and families who search an apartment in the historical centre of Prague.
U Obecniho Dvora Apartment 3 is a newly renovated fully furnished apartment with dark wood parquet in the living room and with carpet in the bedroom. Very modern style apartment of one bedroom with adjoining living room, of about 42 sq.m. The apartment is on the third floor of its building - no need to climb stairs though, as the building has a lift. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people with its double bed in the bed room and its double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has a kitchen corner, equipped with the basic facilities for cooking, as electric cooked, kettle, fridge, all necessary dishes. The living room also includes a dining area with table for 2 persons, and cable TV. Bathroom with shower, and as in many typical Czech houses, the toilet is separated from the bathroom itself.
Free Wi-Fi internet is also available at this apartment.
For larger groups, the Apartment 3 can be rented together with Apartment 4 or Apartment 5 which are on the same floor, or with apartment 6 or Apartment 7 which are one floor up, in the same building.
The favorite place to be in Prague for most visitors, the Old Town is the heart of the city and it hosts great historical and artistic symbols of Prague. Amongst the multitude of sites to see stands the Old Town Square, the scene of the most important events that took place in Prague in the past 10 centuries.
The Old Town Square itself is surrounded of architectural jewels, from the Old Town Hall with the Astronomical Clock, to the church of Our Lady Before Tyn, the church St Nicholas, the monument of Jan Hus - the founder of the Hussite Church... and breath-taking architectural details on almost every house. Payment:
A deposit of 15% is required to finalize your reservation for this apartment. Upon receiving it we will issue an updated confirmation of your booking and the remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK). The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in CZK depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.
Payment on arrival can be done at the office on Bilkova 18 Prague 1. If you have transfer reserved with us from the airport or train station, the driver can take you directly to the apartment and check you in. The transfer fee is paid together with the cost of accommodation.
For late arrivals after 20:00PM there is an extra charge of 30 euros.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m., otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
