The Navratilova 2 rooms apartment is situated in an excellent central location of Prague Historical Centre in Prague 1 Nove Mesto (New Town). The Navratilova apartment 2 has sleeping accommodation for four people which consists in a living room, a bedroom, a well equipped kitchen corner incorporated in the living room and a bathroom with a corner bath. The apartment has been renovated and refurnished with new furniture; it has al the facilities of a good quality accommodation: cable TV with 30 channels, hi-fi stereo - CD player, cooker, fridge/freezer, electric oven, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The Navratilova apartment 2 has a very central location in Prague 1: within 3 minutes walk from the Wenceslas Square, 5 minutes walk from the National Theatre, and 8 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. There is no need to use public transportation to get to the touristic attractions in the centre of Prague, however for those who prefer to explore other parts of the city there are several metro and tram stops very close to the apartment: the nearest metro station, Mustek or Narodni Trida is only 3 minutes away and the nearest tram stop, Vodickova is only 1 minute away.
There is also a car parking available outside the apartment or a garage 5 minutes away.
For families or friends that would like to stay close to each other, we offer a combination of apartments in the same building, next to each other: the Navratilova apartment 2 can be rented together with the Navratilova studio apartment or with the Navratilova three-room apartment , or with the Navratilova four-room apartment.
New Town, which is adjacent to Old Town on the eastern bank of the Vltava, flourished in the 18 th century as an industrial and commercial center. The heart of the New Town is without doubt Wenceslass Square (or Vaclavske Namesti), knows both as a center of commerce and nightlife. Wenceslas Square is actually a boulevard, not a square. Payment:
A 20% deposit is required at the time of the booking. The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash, in Czech Koruni.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
