Brand new, fully equipped 2-room, 2-maisonette apartment with a spacious terrace is located in the heart of Prague, at the Wenceslas Square with its numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment centres. You will be surrounded by comfort, making your vacation in Prague unforgettable.

The Maisonette Capital Apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests in two rooms: bedroom with maisonette and living room with kitchenette and another maisonette. Bathroom is accessible from the hall (bathtub, two basins, bidet, toilet).

The kitchen is fully equipped and enables you to prepare your own meals. There is a stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher etc. Room safe, LCD TV with SAT and USB slot, music set and wi-fi internet connection free of charge are a matter of course.

Parking possible on request in the underground parking lot (extra charge 18 €/day). Maximum size of the car parked must not exceed 5 meters in lenght, 1,95 m in width, 1,7 m in height, 2.300 kg in weight. Reservation in advance is highly recommended.

Additional services on request: airport shuttle service, babysitting, laundry, ironing service, DVD player. Airport/station pick-up - price will be calculated upon request.

Breakfasts can be arranged on request (extra charge 5 €/person).

All children under 12 years stay free of charge.

New Town, which is adjacent to Old Town on the eastern bank of the Vltava, flourished in the 18 th century as an industrial and commercial center. The heart of the New Town is without doubt Wenceslass Square (or Vaclavske Namesti), knows both as a center of commerce and nightlife. Wenceslas Square is actually a boulevard, not a square.
