Payment:

A deposit of 15% is required to finalize your reservation for this apartment, as shown above. The remaining balance will be paid on arrival.

The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK).
Payments by credit cards are accepted, please let us know in advance about it.

Other taxes and fees:

The cost of your accommodation as shown above is the complete cost, including VAT and all charges.

For late arrivals after 20:00 there is a fee of 20 euros.

Pets are allowed at the apartment free of charge, however there is a refundable deposit for damages of 50 euros. If you bring your pet with you please let us know in advance.

Check in and Check out times

The standard check-in time is at 14:00 – 20:00. If you arrive earlier you can come directly to the apartment and leave your luggage with us until you can check in the apartment.

Late arrivals (after 20:00) can be arranged on request. If you arrive after working hours at the apartment, we offer the following possibilities for your check in:
- check in at the apartment (one of our colleagues will wait for you to give you the keys). There is a late check in fee of 20 euros in this case.
- or check in at the Royal Court hotel, which has open reception and is just around the corner. There is no fee for check in at the hotel. The address is Wenzigova 6, it’s corner with Legerova street at easy walking distance from your apartment.
Of course if you wish to book private transport with us, the driver will take you to the check in place of your choice, at the apartment or at the hotel.

If the apartment will be free the night before your arrival, you could check in as soon as you arrive in Prague, at no extra charge. I'm afraid that we cannot know for sure the situation until the day before your arrival.

The standard check-out time is at 11:00. If you leave Prague later in the afternoon, you can leave your luggage with us until you need to leave for the airport.

Cancellation Policy:

We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.

There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.

Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).

During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
