Situated in the center of Prague´s Karlin area, the Krizikova 1 is a loft apartments located close to the Krizikova Metro station.
Krizikova is in the Karlin area next to the Old Town, at 20 minutes walk from the Old Town Square which is the centre of Prague. The area is very well connected so for those who prefer not to walk there are 3 stops to Wenceslas Square or 2 stops to the Municipal House and the Powder Tower, where the Royal Way starts in the Old Town and leads to Prague Castle.
The apartment is a loft conversion suitable to accommodate up to 6 persons. Downstairs there is a double bed, a double sofa bed and on the upper gallery level there are 2 more single beds. The apartment is very sunny and the wooden beams and wooden parquet floors add elegance to the accommodation. The equipment at the apartment includes SAT TV, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, basic cooking facilities, coffee maker, microwave, and the modern bathroom has a bath tub.
WiFi internet is avaialble at the apartment.
The Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius is close to the apartment: it is a beautiful 18 century church worth visiting while in Prague. The area is quieter than the Old Town and has good bars and restaurants, with authentic Czech atmosphere.
Karlin area is adjacent to the Old Town, at about 15 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. Karlin District has lots of history; this was the battlefield when Prague was attacked. The best known battle here was in 1420, when the Holy Cross army came and fought the Hussites. The Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius is a famous (18th century) church in the center of Prague, where the Czech assassins of top-Nazi, Reinhard Heydrich, hid and where they, after a fierce gun battle, reportedly committed suicide to avoid capture.

Payment:
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK) or by credit card. There is no extra charge for processing payments by credit card.
Payment on arrival can be done directly to the driver (in case you have booked pick-up from the airport or train station with us) or to directly to us (in case you do not wish to reserve taxi with us we will meet you at the apartment).
For late arrivals from 19:00 to 23:00PM, when the office is closed, we will leave the keys for you at the Sklep restaurant in the same building (if you do not wish to book transfer with us).
Please note: On arrival we require a security deposit of 150 euros, refundable at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
