This exclusive one bedroom apartment in Prague´s New Town - in a historical building dating from the 14th century - has modern furniture, magnificent views and it is very sunny. Wenceslas Square is just a two minutes walk away, and the other major sights are a short walk further on. In the area around Down Town Exclusive Apartment 41 there are many of Prague´s best restaurants, pubs and clubs in which to have a Czech beer and try the local food.
Down Town 41 is a high quality attic flat on the 4th floor of its building with lift, located in Prague 1, Pricna street. This is a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment of around 80 sq.m. which consists in an elegantly furnished bedroom with double bed, a living room with dining area and sofa, well equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with corner bath.
As most of our apartments, Down Town 41 has TV with international channels and internet available on request(please check the Conditions and FAQ section of this apartment); the kitchen equipment includes a stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils necessary.
Although the location is not noisy (on a side street with not so much traffic), please note that downstairs there is a bar which closes at 2 AM.
The favorite place to be in Prague for most visitors, the Old Town is the heart of the city and it hosts great historical and artistic symbols of Prague. Amongst the multitude of sites to see stands the Old Town Square, the scene of the most important events that took place in Prague in the past 10 centuries.
The Old Town Square itself is surrounded of architectural jewels, from the Old Town Hall with the Astronomical Clock, to the church of Our Lady Before Tyn, the church St Nicholas, the monument of Jan Hus - the founder of the Hussite Church... and breath-taking architectural details on almost every house. Nuestras estancia ha sido muy buena. Buen servico de recogida en al aeropuerto y mucha amabilidad. -Creemos que al apartamento le faltaba una fregona, para el baño. -El papel higienico era muy escaso - Tambien añadiría más toallas. Son simples sugerencias, por que por lo demás no hemos tenido ninguna queja en nada. Muchas gracias.

Check in and check out:
Place for check in: At the office, except if you have booked private transport with us to the apartment. In this case the driver will have your keys and you can check in directly at the apartment.
The standard check-in time is from 14:00 - if we have guests leaving the apartment the same day you arrive, we need some time to get the apartment ready for you after they check out. However you can leave your luggage with us until you can check in the apartment, free of charge.
If the apartment will be free the night before your arrival, you could check in as soon as you arrive in Prague, at no extra charge.
The standard check-out time is at 11:00. This is to have time to prepare the apartment for the next guest arriving on the same day. However you can leave your luggage with us until you need to leave for the airport.
If we do not have guests arriving on the day of your departure, you could remain in the apartment longer. We can only confirm early check in or late check out one or two days before.
Please note: Arrivals after 9 p.m. without the use of our transportation service are considered late arrival and a 15 EUR charge applies.
Payment:
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK) or by credit card. The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in CZK depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.
There is no charge for processing payments by Visa or Mastercard. For AMEX card we charge additional 4% to cover bank fees for the transaction.
On arrival we require credit card guarantee for potential damage or loss of keys. Your card will not be charged anything if no damage was caused to the apartment or the keys were not lost during your stay.
Payment on arrival can be done directly to the driver (in case you have booked pick-up from the airport or train station with us) or at the office on Holeckova 13 (in case you do not wish to reserve taxi with us).
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m., otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you.

Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights)
Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
No show or cancellation 5 - 0 days before arrival: 14 nights charge
For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
