The Castle View Apartment is located in Prague 1, the historical centre. At the river bank of the Vltava river, with views to Manes gallery, Jofin, Petrin hill park, the National Theatre and Prague castle.
The breath taking views complete the quality of the accommodation, but they are not the only feature that the apartment has to offer. The decorations of the elegant 19 century building, the comfortable furnishings, the wooden floors and the attention to detail in the decorations of the Castle View apartment give a special (Czech) touch that make the accommodation an excellent choice for a romantic holiday.
Located on the 5th floor of its building, the apartment is quieter than expected in this location; there is a lift to the 4th floor and a few steps more to reach the apartment. It is a 2 rooms apartment, with a bedroom with double bed, and a living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed which allows accommodation of up to 4 people. The living room includes also a dining area for 4 people, and SAT TV. Free Wi-Fi network also available in the house.
New Town, which is adjacent to Old Town on the eastern bank of the Vltava, flourished in the 18 th century as an industrial and commercial center. The heart of the New Town is without doubt Wenceslass Square (or Vaclavske Namesti), knows both as a center of commerce and nightlife. Wenceslas Square is actually a boulevard, not a square. Payment:
A deposit of 20% is required to finalize your reservation for this apartment. Upon receiving it we will issue an updated confirmation of your booking and the remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK).
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
