The Capital Apartments are located in the heart of the Golden City of Prague, on Wenceslas Square. This is a great starting point to explore the city. Wenceslas Square is an elegant boulevard with trendy shopping centers, restaurants, rich nightlife.

Although renowned for its nightlife, Wenceslas Square is a very safe area. And it should be expected, with so many banks headquarters and jewelry shops.

The building is well known in Prague as the Melantrich building. The building complex has 24 hours security service, a restaurant, underground parking, wellness centre with sauna, solarium, massages, manicure and pedicure, hairdresser´s, children area and 24-hour reception desk.

There are several apartments available in this building (which has a lift). The Capital Apartments are located on the 6th floor, and became available after renovation early 2010.

The Capital 1 Bedroom Apartment 611 can provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. There are 2 rooms, completely independent from each other: both are accessed from the entrance hall, which also has the bathroom entrance.

The accommodation consists in: 2 queen size beds (one in each room), plus an additional single bed in one room. The main room includes the kitchen corner, as well as living area with sofa and TV, small dining table.
The main room gives to a nice terrace.

The equipment at the apartment includes: TV with international channels, free wi-fi internet; cooker and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. The bathroom has a bath tub and washing machine.
