Full prices: The rates on this page are the full prices, according to the period and the number of persons. Further discounts may apply, please check the offers section.
The prices include towels, linen, cleaning of the apartments at the beginning of your stay, hot water and heating, VAT and all taxes. There are no hidden extras.

Pets: Small pets allowed, no charge for them.

Parking: private parking in the building, 7 euros a day.

Payment: 20% required at the time of booking. 80% balance payment on arrival, in cash (euros or CZK).

Security deposit for damages required of 100 euros; refundable at the end of your stay.

Minimum stay: For Holiday Season the minimum stay requirement is 5 nights.

This is a non smoking apartment.

Payment:

A 20% deposit is required at the time of the booking. The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK). The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in CZK depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.

On arrival we require 100 euros guarantee for potential damage or loss of keys, which is refundable at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m., otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.

There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.

Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).

During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. This is in the unlikely event that the apartment has a technical problem (such as plumbing, electricity..) which cannot be fixed right away and which makes the apartment unsuitable for normal use.
