A one bedroom apartment with an interesting layout, in the heart of the historical centre.
Bilkova 2A offers accommodation for up to 4 persons; it is a ground floor apartment with 2 rooms, an entrance hall and a modern bathroom with shower. The entrance hall has a wardrobe, which with its glass doors gives the sensation of more space. The living room is a large room which incorporates the kitchen corner, dining and sitting areas, but it also has a loft sleeping area with a double bed above the kitchen. The main bedroom has 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed, to offer our clients flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is well equipped, with a kettle, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, all necessary dishes. There is also cable TV, a built-in safe and internet access. Parking is available on request.
Bilkova street is an excellent location for a holiday in Prague: at only a couple of minutes from the Old Town Square on the northern side, in the Jewish Quarter known as Josefov. It is one of the oldest quarters of Prague, which is now part of the Old Town.
For larger groups of up to 8 people, Bilkova Apartment 2A can be rented together with Bilkova 2B which is also on the ground floor of its building.
The favorite place to be in Prague for most visitors, the Old Town is the heart of the city and it hosts great historical and artistic symbols of Prague. Amongst the multitude of sites to see stands the Old Town Square, the scene of the most important events that took place in Prague in the past 10 centuries.
The Old Town Square itself is surrounded of architectural jewels, from the Old Town Hall with the Astronomical Clock, to the church of Our Lady Before Tyn, the church St Nicholas, the monument of Jan Hus - the founder of the Hussite Church... and breath-taking architectural details on almost every house. Payment:
A deposit of 15% is required to finalize your reservation for this apartment. Upon receiving it we will issue an updated confirmation of your booking and the remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK). The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in CZK depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.
Payment on arrival can be done at the office on Bilkova 18 Prague 1. If you have transfer reserved with us from the airport or train station, the driver can take you directly to the apartment and check you in. The transfer fee is paid together with the cost of accommodation.
For late arrivals after 20:00PM there is an extra charge of 30 euros.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m., otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
