Check in and check out times:

The meeting point is at the apartment if you have private transport reserved with us, or if you call about an hour before arrival at the apartment to schedule a meeting.
In other cases check in is at the office.

The standard check-in time is from 13:00. If you will be in Prague earlier, you can come directly to the office and leave your luggage with us until you can check in the apartment.

If the apartment will be free the night before your arrival, you could check in as soon as you arrive in Prague, at no extra charge.

The standard check-out time is before 12:00. If you leave Prague later, you can leave your luggage with us until you need to leave for the airport.

Payment:

The payment of your accommodation can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK). The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in CZK depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.

If you have reserved with us transfer from the airport to the apartment, the rate for the transfer is paid directly to the driver, in euros or CZK. The driver will take you directly to your apartment and check you in.

Cancellation Policy:

We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m., otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.

There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.

Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).

During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
