The Arcadia apartments are part of the Arcadia Residence in Prague 2 Vysehrad, and benefit of 3 stars hotel services, such as reception, laundry room, breakfast in the room, ADSL internet. At the same time, all apartments are self contained, which combines the independence of an apartment with all the facilities of an upper quality hotel room.
The Arcadia Residence has been inaugurated in 2005, in a beautiful historical building (which has a lift); the apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated with antique furniture, offering a high standard of accommodation.
There are 4 studios, 1 one bedroom apartment and 3 two bedrooms apartments in the residence; all of them have a well-equipped kitchen, which also makes them suitable for long term rentals.
The One Bedroom apartment has a separate living room with kitchen corner, where we can add one single bed if you need it. There is also a TV with satellite channels in the room and ADSL Internet connection. The kitchen has a kettle, a cooker, a fridge and all necessary dishes.
If you are traveling with a larger group or with your family you can rent together a studio in combination with the one bedroom apartment Arcadia, or with one of the two bedrooms apartments Arcadia.

We had a very fine time in Prague. The Arcadia apartment was perfect for our use. We surely will use it another time and recommend it to our friends.

Payment:
A deposit of 20% is required to finalize your reservation for this apartment, to be completed within 7 days. Upon receiving it we will issue an updated confirmation of your booking and the remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK). There is no extra charge for processing payments by credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
