Apartment Tynska 3 - Prague 1 Old Town | ||
On Tynska street we offer three new apartments, with different layouts that fit the needs of couples, families and larger groups of friends. The apartments have just been renovated and refurnished and are located in an aristocratic building from 14 century, at only a few steps from the Old Town Square.
A special facility of the apartments Tynska is that they all have internet access and notebook can be lent on request.
The house was built during the 14 th century in gothic style, under the rule of King Karel IV, and changed owners until 1617 when it became the property of the Czech nobleman, Lord Vaclav Budovec from Budov (1551 - 1621).
On our building, Lord Budovec´s statue stands as testimony of its history.
Tynska 3 is a very large apartment of 160 sq.m.; it has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilette, a wardrobe and a kitchen.
Due to the size of the rooms, we placed 2 double beds in the first two bedrooms and 4 double beds in the third bedroom. As the apartment is best suited for up to 8 persons, we offer flexible and very comfortable sleeping arrangements for our guests.
The kitchen includes an oven, a fridge, a kettle and dining area. The bathroom is new, and has a bath tub with shower, toilette and bidet; there is also a separate toilet in the apartment.
PC or notebook with free internet connection is available at the apartment.
The apartment Tynska 3 can be rented together with the Tynska 2, to allow comfortable accommodation for larger groups.
The Tynska street is named after the church Our Lady Before Tyn, which is on our street. The spires of the church Our Lady Before Tyn dominate the Old Town Square, and became a symbol of Prague Old Town.

Long term stays (6 nights or more) - discount 5 euros per day. This is included in the price calculation on our website. Offer applies all year including holiday.

Payment:
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in CZK) or by credit card. The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in CZK depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge. In case of no show or cancellation 4 days or less before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% from the total cost of accommodation. For 1 night bookings, the cancellation charge 4 days or less before arrival is 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50 % of total cost of accommodation.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
