A few steps away from the river Vltava on the northern part of the city, just across the river from the Old Town, we offer 5 budget apartments which became available in June 2008.

The Skalecka Apartment 9 has an approximate size of 22 sq.m. and is located on the second floor of its building. It is a studio apartment which consists in a room with double bed, TV SAT and Wi-Fi internet access; a well equipped kitchenette with all cooking facilities needed to fix a meal, including a fridge and a microwave.

The apartment is located in the northern part of the city in the Holesovice quarter. Steps away from the river Vltava, the apartment is very close to the historical centre: just across the river the Old Town starts with its cobblestone streets and incredible sights.

Full prices: The rates on this page are the full prices, according to the period and the number of persons. Further discounts may apply, please check the offers section.
The prices include towels, linen, cleaning of the apartments at the beginning of your stay, hot water and heating, VAT and all taxes. There are no hidden extras.

Pets: Small pets allowed; there is a 10 euros charge per day and caution 100 euros for damages, refundable at the end of your stay.

Parking: private parking on Bilkova st, at 25 euros a day. Free unguarded parking is possible on the street (although we recommend private parking).

Discounts: 10% off for 6 nights stays or more available all year according to availability.

Payment: 15% required at the time of booking. 85% balance payment on arrival, in cash (euros or CZK).

For late arrivals after 20:00PM there is a charge of 30 euros.

Minimum stay: For Holiday Season the minimum stay requirement is 2 nights.
