There are 10 apartments DownTown, of different layouts and sizes to meet the needs of families, groups of friends and couples as well. All well equipped, elegantly decorated and with an excellent position in the historical centre by the Wenceslas Square.

Down Town 43 is a large 2 rooms apartment of about 100 sq.m.; as the size of the apartment shows it, the rooms are quite spacious. There are 2 double beds in the main bedroom, and an additional double bed in the bedroom / living room. The living room is comfortable and modernly decorated, with sofa, satellite TV, internet available on request(please check the Conditions and FAQ section of this apartment), coffee table, dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen equipment includes fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, stove, iron and ironing board; and the bathroom has a bath tub.

The apartment features also a nice terrace, and the parquet floors and wooden beams add style to the accommodation. The building has a lift and is very quiet.

This nicely furnished and well equipped apartment is located on a pleasant, quiet street near Wenceslas Square called Pricna, within easy reach of all the major attractions. Despite being in the city centre, the apartment is very quiet and guarantees a peaceful vacation in Prague.

The prices include towels, linen, cleaning of the apartments at the beginning of your stay, hot water and heating, VAT and all taxes. There are no hidden extras.

Pets: This apartment is pet friendly. We only charge if there are any damages done to the apartment during your stay.

Internet: Internet connection available on request; the cost of the service is: minimum price is 25 EUR; 1st - 3rd day: 10 euros per day; 4 and more days: 5 euros per day.

Parking: The apartment has parking on Spalena St, at 20 EUR at day. Limited parking places.

Discounts: 10% discounts for 6 nights stay or more are available all year long except holiday, according to availability.
30% discounts for 21 nights stay or more are available all year long except holiday, according to availability.

Payment: 15% required at the time of booking. 85% balance payment on arrival, in cash (euros or CZK) or by credit card.

Minimum stay: For Holiday Season the minimum stay requirement is 5 nights.
