One of the most central locations, in the Old Town, by the Old Town Square. On U Obecniho Dvora street we offer 5 new apartments which became available at the end of 2007. The apartments are fully equipped and offer a good standard of accommodation for couples and families who search an apartment in the historical centre of Prague. Secure parking is available in the building on request.

U Obecniho Dvora Apartment 7 is a newly renovated fully furnished apartment with wooden floors in the bedrooms. Very modern style apartment of 2 bedrooms with adjoining living room, of about 73 sq.m. The apartment is on the 4th floor of its building - no need to climb stairs though, as the building has a lift. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people: it has a double bed in the bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment also has a kitchen, equipped with the basic facilities for cooking, as electric cooked, kettle, fridge, all necessary dishes and a dining area with table for 4 persons. In the bedrooms there are also wardrobes, small table and cable TV. Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Free Wi-Fi internet is also available at this apartment.

For larger groups, the Apartment 7 can be rented together with Apartment 4 or Apartment 5 which are on the same floor, or with apartment 6 or Apartment 7 which are one floor up, in the same building.

The prices include towels, linen, cleaning of the apartments at the beginning of your stay, hot water and heating, VAT and all taxes. There are no hidden extras.

Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.

Parking: private parking on Bilkova st, at 25 euros a day.

Discounts: 10% off for 6 nights stays or more available all year according to availability.

Payment: 15% required at the time of booking. 85% balance payment on arrival, in cash (euros or CZK).

For late arrivals after 20:00PM there is a charge of 30 euros.

Minimum stay: For Holiday Season the minimum stay requirement is 3 nights.
