On Dlouha Street we offer 3 spacious apartments, which can accommodate comfortably up to 11 persons each. The location in Prague center is excellent, at only a few minutes from the Old Town Square on the northern side, behind the Jan Hus monument and the St Nicholas Church; the Astronomical Clock is only a few steps away. As you would expect, the area hosts beautiful historical buildings; the quarter around the Old Town Square is elegant and there is no shortage of restaurants, pubs, museums and exhibitions.

Dlouha 3A apartment is very spacious, of about 160 sq.m. on the third floor of the building which does not have an elevator; it is a beautiful historical building with high ceilings and large windows. It has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. A special feature is that the apartment has a separate WC, which makes it very comfortable for groups of up to 11 persons.

Two bedrooms are 25 sq.m. each, and each has 2 single beds; the third bedroom is 15 sq.m. and has also 2 single beds; the 4th bedroom is smaller, of 12 sq.m. and has a double bed. The living room also has a double sofa bed. We can add another single bed on request. The beds in the bedrooms can be pushed together if needed, to form doubles. The apartment is very well equipped: it features a TV, DVD player, Satellite Astra, Radio CD, internet connection WiFi high speed free, cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a safe. Notebook and mobile phone on request.

For larger groups, the Dlouha 1B apartment can be rented together with the Dlouha apartment 1A or with the Dlouha apartment 1B, which are in the same building and are suitable for up to 11 people each.

The favorite place to be in Prague for most visitors, the Old Town is the heart of the city and it hosts great historical and artistic symbols of Prague. Amongst the multitude of sites to see stands the Old Town Square, the scene of the most important events that took place in Prague in the past 10 centuries.

The Old Town Square itself is surrounded of architectural jewels, from the Old Town Hall with the Astronomical Clock, to the church of Our Lady Before Tyn, the church St Nicholas, the monument of Jan Hus - the founder of the Hussite Church... and breath-taking architectural details on almost every house. Pets: This apartment is pet friendly. Small pets are allowed free of charge, however damages to the apartment will be charged if any.

Parking: Private parking available, at 450CZK a day (approx. 17 euros).

Discounts: children up to 12 years old free of charge all year including holiday, according to availability.

Payment: 20% required at the time of booking. 80% balance payment on arrival, in cash (euros or CZK) or by credit card.

Minimum stay: For Holiday Season the minimum stay requirement is 6 nights.
Weekends in high season: minimum 3 nights stay.
